• After the initial needs assessment, client is presented flexible options that allow for future changes in technology and client's requirements.
• Client is provided with a written proposal.
• Morgan Communications installs the system and serves as coordinator for other required contractors.
• After installation, Morgan Communications will offer continued service and upgrades, as required by the client.

Warranties and Service

All new telecommunications equipment installed by Morgan Communications carries with it a 2-year factory warranty.  All data communications equipment comes with a limited factory warranty.

Unlike other vendors in the communications industry, Morgan Communications does not attempt to sell its clients an extended-service warranty-burdening the client with additional upfront expenses-rather, Morgan Communications pledges to be there if and when service is required, providing fast, and efficient service at a reasonable fee.
